There are two main effects of having a healthy diet. One effect is on our body. Balanced menu is getting enough amount of carbohydrates,sugar,proteins,vitamins etc. which nourish our organs and body. As a result of this,the body has a strong systems ;such as nervous system, digestion system,immune system. This increases ourresistance and protests us from ilnesses,viruses,bacterias. Another effect of having a healthy diet is on our on mind. Fish,nuts,vegetables,fruits ; in other words , nutrients, provide our nerve cells with necessary substances. If these are consumed regularly , nervous system will be better. As a consequence of this, we will probably have strong memories. In conclusion, because of these effects mentioned above, if you want to have a healthy life, you must have a balanced diet and consume necessary foods which make our brain wonderful.
